When you submit an intake screening or membership form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address. We use it solely to correspond with you and to administer membership within Sacred Earth Sanctuary. Your information is stored privately, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties for marketing of any kind.
Our intake screening may ask about health history, medications, or allergies. We collect this solely to assess safety and contraindications ahead of a ceremony, and by submitting it you consent to that specific use. This information is seen only by the facilitator conducting your ceremony, is never used for marketing or any other purpose, and is not shared with third parties.
Our site is hosted by Netlify, and our forms are processed using Google services; each handles data in accordance with its own privacy practices. Donations are processed by PayPal on PayPal's website — we never see or store your payment details. Fonts and imagery are served by Google Fonts and Unsplash, which do not place cookies through our site.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it entirely at any time by writing to sacredearth.info@gmail.com.
